Unlike the initial verification completed by the electrical installer before the installation was put into service, our EICR inspections are less intrusive and disruptive to your business. Although some board covers will need to be removed in certain areas, it is not likely to be necessary to remove all accessories or carry out the full range of tests on every circuit. We work with you to ensure we inspect your premises in the least disruptive manner, ensuring that your business can continue usual productivity.

The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 (EAWR) places a legal responsibility on the Duty Holder to ensure that electrical installations are safe for as long as they remain operational (until point of decommission). An EICR report from a reputable provider will ensure that your business is aware of potential electrical safety concerns, giving you the opportunity to rectify issues. This then provide the standards for insurance that are expected.
